Nothing says fall like a pumpkin spice latte, but in recent years, we’ve seen the pumpkin spice flavor show up in more products than just coffee. Many, many more products.

From butter to hard seltzer to ice cream and even cough drops, you can find pumpkin spice flavoring in nearly everything once the fall months arrive. And this year, that also includes a centerpiece of your dinner table: turkey!

The Honey Baked Ham Company’s new limited-edition roasted or smoked Pumpkin Spice Glazed Turkey Breast puts a twist on the brand’s typical sweet and crunchy glaze by giving it a pumpkin spice makeover.

It may seem odd, but it certainly sounds more appetizing than pumpkin spice Spam!

Unfortunately, this turkey won’t be gracing your Thanksgiving table, as it’s only available until Halloween, and it also won’t be found at all Honey Baked locations. You can find a list of the locations offering the fall-flavored turkey by visiting Honey Baked’s website.

If you can’t get your hands on the pumpkin spice turkey from Honey Baked, Reynold’s Kitchen has a pumpkin spice turkey recipe you can make yourself.

The recipe doesn’t actually call for pumpkin spice seasoning, but rather a blend of brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, allspice and cloves. You’ll also need salt, olive oil and flour.

As interesting as a pumpkin spice turkey may seem, it’s far from the first time the traditional turkey has been given an intriguing makeover.

Reynold’s also has a recipe for macaroni and cheese turkey, which uses the cheesy powder from your favorite boxed mac and cheese to coat the turkey’s skin, and another recipe for covering your turkey in Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.

There’s even a recipe for cool ranch turkey if Doritos are your favorite snack, or a glitter turkey if you want to bring a little sparkle to your dinner table.

For the glitter turkey (yes, it’s edible!), you’ll need some uncommon ingredients you likely do not have at home, such as gum-tex tylose powder and liquid pearl sheen or pearl dust, both of which can be found at craft stores or on Amazon.

Are you a fan of pumpkin spice flavors or would you prefer to make your own unique turkey at home?
