If you’re a soda fan but are looking to drink less and make your diet a bit healthier, we have the perfect solution: grape soda-flavored grapes!

Launched exclusively at Sam’s Club last summer, the Grape Soda Grapes are officially back at all Sam’s Club locations just in time for the last few weeks of summer. The warehouse club describes the fruit as a perfect, flavorful blend of “sweet purple soda with a natural, fruity twist.” They sound perfect for grape soda fans and grape fans.

While we don’t know how long they’ll be around, it is only for a limited time. You’ll want to be sure to get them on your next Sam’s Club trip.

If you miss out on the Grape Soda Grapes, or that’s just not your favorite flavor, a Sam’s Club representative tells us their popular Cotton Candy Grapes will be returning later this August as well.

The grapes taste like (and are obviously named after) the sugar-spun confection we all ate as kids, so along with their sweet flavor, they also bring a sense of nostalgia. The difference is that the grapes are healthy. They are natural and made through cross-pollination.

You’ll want to snatch them up as soon as they hit Sam’s Club stores, as they do tend to go quickly. You may also want to try Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods, as they have been spotted there as well.

Grapery, the brand behind the cotton candy grapes sold at Sam’s Club, also has a few other fun flavors if you’re able to find them where you live. If cotton candy isn’t your thing, keep your eye out for Gum Drops from late July to early November and Moon Drops from late August to late November.

Grapery describes the Gum Drop grapes as having a “luscious candy-sweet flavor,” while the Moon Drops “have a super sweet taste that’s out of this world.”

If you’d rather buy regular grapes and just give them a new flavor yourself, they’re pretty easy to transform!

Caramel apple grapes from Belly Full are easy to make and only call for three ingredients: grapes, caramel bits and heavy cream. You can add more toppings if you’d like, just as you would for a caramel apple, like crushed nuts or chocolate pieces.

If you’re of drinking age, you could also try Julie Blanner’s frozen champagne grapes made from grapes, sugar and champagne or Prosecco. Or, if you like sour candies like Sour Patch Kids, check out this easy recipe that literally only calls for grapes and lime juice and truly does taste like a green Sour Patch Kid.
